About MH Services Corporation
MH Services Corporation is a consumer lending broker specializing in chattel loans for manufactured and mobile homes. We are not a bank, credit union, or direct lender. We act as a broker between borrowers and our lending partners to facilitate manufactured home financing.

No Commitment to Lend
The information on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of loan approval. All loan applications are subject to credit approval by our lending partners. Loan programs, rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from MH Services Corporation related to your loan application and account.
Program Description
MH Services Corporation operates an SMS notification program to keep borrowers informed throughout the loan process. Messages may include: one-time verification codes (2FA), loan application status updates, document and stipulation requests, appointment reminders, closing coordination, and other account-related notifications.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by (1) providing your mobile number and checking the consent checkbox on our loan application or contact forms, (2) verbally consenting during a phone call with a loan officer (documented in your loan file), or (3) texting START to our business number (949) 315-7600.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your loan activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active application review, document collection, and closing stages. Frequency typically ranges from 0 to 10 messages per week per borrower.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. MH Services Corporation does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Consult your wireless plan for details.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. Upon opt-out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Consent Is Not a Condition
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of obtaining any loan, service, or approval from MH Services Corporation. Carrier Disclaimer
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
